With its southern climate in summer and a wealth of excursion destinations, the Saas Valley is one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Switzerland.

SaastalCard
With the SaastalCard you can travel stress-free and mobile with us even in summer!
From the first overnight stay you can use the cable cars in the Saas Valley for free with the SaastalCard (except Metro Alpin). All PostBus trips in the Saas Valley are also included (not valid for arrival and departure with PostBus). 
You also benefit from discounts of up to 30 percent on a total of 36 offers.
The SaastalCard is integrated into the local tourist tax and is valid from the first overnight stay and on the day of arrival and departure.
It costs only CHF 7.00 per night and person and CHF 3.50 for children aged 6-16.

Metro Plus Ticket
The SaastalCard or Magic Pass entitles you to purchase the Metro Plus ticket (pedestrian ticket Felskinn - Mittelallalin).
For a one-off fee of CHF 50.- (children 6-16 years CHF 40.-) you can use the Metro Alpin without restrictions use during your stay. The Metro Plus ticket includes admission to the VirtuAllalin.
The Saastal Bergbahnen offers a reduction for guests who have the SaastalCard and Magic Pass.
on the Metro Plus ticket of CHF 5.- for adults and CHF 3.- for children.
Both cards must be presented at the checkout to receive the discount.

Foxtrail
Since the 20th of June 2020 you can go on an exciting scavenger hunt in the Saas Valley!
Foxtrail is a team experience for friends and family events. Our valley becomes a playground.
You have to crack codes and find hidden messages.

Marmots
You're awake again! The sweetest villagers in Saas-Fee like to be fed nuts and carrots all summer long. You can now also reach the rodents with our Murmeli Express (Allalino electric train).

SaasFeestival July and August
Exuberant atmosphere and great music in front of a breathtaking backdrop!
You definitely can't miss the fifth edition of the SaasFeestival in summer 2026.

Mattmark Half Marathon
The Mattmark Half Marathon will take place for the 8th time on 12 September 2026.

The Saas Valley offers its guests an attractive and varied winter offer. The snow-sure and sunny ski areas with a unique view of numerous four-thousanders are an experience for everyone.

With the wonderful winter hiking trails, an artificial ice rink in Saas-Grund, natural ice rinks, an 11 km long toboggan run from Kreuzboden to Saas-Grund, toboggan runs in Saas-Fee and Saas-Almagell, there is sure to be winter fun for everyone. The ski bus is approx. 30m from the house. You can reach Saas-Fee in 8 minutes, Saas-Grund Bergbahnen and Saas-Almagell in 4 minutes.

From the first overnight stay, all PostBus journeys in the Saas Valley (not valid for arrivals and departures by PostBus) are included in the SaastalCard.

Snowshoe hiking

Winter hiking pass
Our winter hiking passes include the use of all the cable cars in the Saas Valley and simply make winter hiking life more enjoyable!

Foxtrail in winter
As the first Foxtrail in Valais, the trails in the Saas Valley were opened in June 2020. 
The best thing about them is that you can follow the fox's tracks in the Saas Valley even in winter. Solve the puzzles with friends or family!

Sledging
In the Saas-Fee/Saas Valley holiday region there are three toboggan runs waiting for you! The longest (11 km) is at Kreuzboden above Saas-Grund. 
Sledging fun is also guaranteed on Furggstalden and on the Hannig.
